You will receive written confirmation of your payment and the successful registration via email. This might take a few hours or days. Please carefully check your inbox to make sure you received both emails.
The registration fee of 400 EUR covers coffee breaks and meals during the conference, and a shuttle bus to and from the recommended conference hotels. Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.

The registration is finalized only after the payment has been completed. Please check the announcement on the screen carefully after you have signed up, as it will confirm your registration. Once your money has been received on our account, you will be sent a confirmation of payment in pdf format. It may take a few hours until you get the confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Once you have registered, no cancellation is possible.
